What we collect
Only what you fill in on the contact form: name, email, phone (optional), organisation, role and your message.
The website uses no cookies, no analytics and no third-party embeds.
Why and on what legal basis
We use these details only to reply to your request and arrange a demo. The basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
How your message travels
The form sends your message through the formsubmit.co service, which forwards it to our email. That service acts as a processor on our behalf.
How long we keep it
Until the conversation with you is finished and, if we don't go on to work together, for up to 12 months. If we do work together, the contract terms apply.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction of or objection to processing, and portability of your data. You can also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).
